We realise that location is important. Staying here, you'll be within a four-minute walk of Coastlands Shopping Centre. The Kapiti District Council offices and the main Paraparaumu business centre are also within five minutes on foot.
Lindale Conference Centre and Whitereia Polytechnic Campus are both a one minute drive to the north. We are happy to help with maps and directions and any other information you may need.

Whether you are looking for a retreat from the city or are here for a quick stopover on your travels, there is a peaceful studio or one bedroom unit that will suit your needs.
You'll love the modern features in our studio units
Studio units have a queen and single bed, tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster and microwave with crockery, and a 32" LCD television with all Sky channels, and Freeview. Most studios have a spa bath with shower over. A DVD player is available on request.
You won't miss out on anything important because all our rooms are equipped with wireless and cabled broadband internet and a well-lit workspace. If you are travelling on business, you will be able to catch up on any last minute work in comfort!
If you'd like more space or you are travelling in tandem, try one of our executive one-bedroomed units. These are on the first floor and have a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a lounge with extra sofa seating or double bed, a kitchen/dining area, and a spa bath with shower over.
As with studio units, the executive units have broadband internet access, a 32" LCD TV in the lounge with all Sky channels and Freeview. There is also a second standard television in the bedroom with Freeview.
Eating in or eating out when you stay in Kapiti
If you want to eat out, there are three restaurants within easy walking distance and we can arrange charge-back facilities if required.
Takeaways are also readily available and the two supermarkets at Coastlands Shopping Centre Centre are open until 11pm if you would prefer to organise your own meal. To get you off to a good start in the morning, we're happy to deliver a continental or cooked breakfast to your room.
