Personal approach from a family-run business

We love meeting people from all over New Zealand and the world and showing you our place. Our satisfaction comes from hearing you say you’ve had a comfortable, fun and relaxing stay with everything you need and more.

Rest & relax in our quiet location

We’re situated on a rear site off a main road entrance, which combines the convenience of a central location with off street parking. You get the peace and quiet of a private sunny courtyard garden within walking distance of everything you need.

Mature trees and views of the sunsets over Kapiti Island from the upstairs balconies will give you the sense of nature that Paraparaumu is renowned for.

Central to everything Kapiti has to offer

We’re situated in the heart of Paraparaumu, so you can get around easily. Just a short walk will get you to the transport hub, shopping, and the business centre of Kapiti. Whether you are walking, driving or taking a train or bus, all that the Kapiti Coast and Wellington have to offer is close by.

Your needs are different from the last person

Would you prefer a ground-floor room because you’re bringing lots of bags? Coming off a late ferry and need parking space for the boat? Are you temperature sensitive and need an air-conditioned studio?

Whatever your special requirements, we recognise that no two people are the same and we like to try and meet any particular needs or preferences you may have.

We don’t want you to want for anything...

...which is why all our units are warm, well-insulated and have ceiling fans or air conditioning.

Wireless and cabled broadband internet is provided throughout the complex, a DVD player is available on request and extras such as breakfasts, a guest laundry, cots and highchairs are all available.
